Accordingly, Luxe Sri Lanka Travels shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, negligence, insolvency, service failures, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party suppliers.
All bookings are subject to the respective terms and conditions of the relevant airline, hotel, transport provider, tour operator, insurance provider, embassy, or other supplier.
We may receive commissions, incentives, service fees, or other commercial benefits from travel suppliers in connection with the products and services booked through us.
Luxe Sri Lanka Travels shall provide its services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Luxe Sri Lanka Travels accepts no liability for any illness, injury, medical condition, epidemic-related restriction, or health-related issue occurring before, during, or after travel.
Travel documentation may include airline tickets, hotel vouchers, travel itineraries, insurance certificates, visa-related documents, tour confirmations, and any other documents relating to travel arrangements.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all travel documentation immediately upon receipt and notifying us within forty-eight (48) hours of any discrepancies relating to names, dates, destinations, or other travel details.
Travel documents must correspond exactly with the traveler's passport or official identification document.
Luxe Sri Lanka Travels shall not be responsible for costs, losses, penalties, denied boarding, or travel disruptions resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding all travel documents during the course of travel.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and any other documentation required by relevant authorities.
Although Luxe Sri Lanka Travels may provide visa assistance and documentation support, visa issuance remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government agency.
We do not guarantee visa approval and shall not be liable for losses arising from visa refusals, delays, cancellations, or changes to immigration regulations.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.

All personal and travel-related information provided by customers will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services, complying with legal obligations, and improving customer experience.
We will not disclose customer information to third parties except where required by law, regulatory authorities, courts, or where disclosure is necessary for the completion of travel arrangements.
All content displayed on the Luxe Sri Lanka Travels website, including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, designs, itineraries, brochures, trademarks, and other materials, is the property of Luxe Sri Lanka Travels unless otherwise stated.

Any complaint relating to services provided by Luxe Sri Lanka Travels should be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the completion of travel.
We will endeavor to investigate and resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
Where a complaint relates to a third-party supplier, we will provide reasonable assistance in communicating with the supplier; however, the final resolution shall remain subject to the supplier's policies and procedures.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the use of our website, or the provision of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
